José Nieto is the founder and president of Kenta Capital. Previously, he developed his professional career as Managing Director of Banco Sabadell, leading the General Management of Corporate & Investment Banking (2018-2022), CEI of Banca March (2010-2017), Managing Director of Banesto (2002-2010) and as Managing Director of JP Morgan (1989-2002).
José holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid.
Álvaro Bergasa is the CEO of Kenta Capital. Previously, he has developed his career as Deputy General Manager at Banco Sabadell assuming the management of Capital Markets (2018-2022), Head of the Capital Markets Unit at Banca March (2013-2018) and as Managing Director, responsible for the Capital Markets department at Banesto (2010-2013) where he began his career in 1999.
Álvaro holds a degree in Business Administration from the Real Colegio Universitario de Mº Cristina de El Escorial and by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Borja Bertrán is responsible for the Structured Finance (Management Accounts) department. He previously held the position of Managing Director in the Capital Markets Division at Banco Sabadell (2018-2022), Managing Director in charge of Structured Finance and Asset Management at Banca March (2013-2018) and Executive-Director in Capital Markets at Banesto (2004-2013).
Borja holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
Julián Pérez de Madrid is responsible for the Debt Advisory department. He held the position of Managing Director in the Capital Markets department at Banco Sabadell (2018-2022), Managing Director in charge of DCM in Capital Markets at Banca March (2013-2018) and Executive Director in Capital Markets at Banesto (2006-2013).
Julián holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Navarra.
